Covid-19 Working Practices

In light of the continuing uncertainty regarding the current Covid-19 epidemic and the ongoing government advice, we at Henley have adjusted our working practices to reflect the new situation.


  • All visitors to our depots must complete the online visitor declaration form no more than 24 hours before a scheduled visit. Forms completed earlier will be rejected.
  • Face masks must be worn on-site at all times.

Please note the following:

  1. If you need to visit one of our depots for service or parts, please call ahead so that we can put the safest
    procedures in place
    Henley Nationwide Service Departments
    Henley Local Parts Departments
  2. If one of our engineers is scheduled to visit your premises, please where possible, can you arrange that the machine is
    a) outside in an open area for our engineers to work on or
    b) in an isolated area inside with all social distancing measures in place

We remain confident in our people and our processes and will endeavour to maintain our high levels of service to you during these challenging times. We will do our very best to ensure that it is business as usual for you and for us.
